Training Performance Analysis
Structured training with progressive and target goals takes considerable commitment both to time and expense (coaching fees). In today’s current financial state, many competitive and those cyclists wanting to compete, find themselves - due to the cost of entering races, travelling to races and bike/kit maintenance – not having the means to fund the luxury of a qualified coach delivering structured training specific to the rider. However, I may have a way you can still get confirmation that your training is a) heading in the right direction and b) provide some help in getting to those progressive and race goals.
TRAINING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: using your captured Power (PM) & Heart Rate (HRM) data from your .fit .tcx ride files over a 6-8 week period. Note: ‘Adaptation’ within a training programme usually takes 6-8 weeks. The idea is - you do your training and I'll provide analysis & feedback for that 6-8 week batch of files.
ANALYSIS includes:
- Critical Power (CP) and Functional Threshold Power (FTP)
- Chart & Training Zones [Z1Recovery Z2Endurance Z3Tempo Sweet-Spot Z4 Threshold Z5 VO2Max Z6 Anaerobic Z7 Neuromuscular]
